While our work and industry conferences take us around the country, it was exciting to have EFA 2022 come to Milwaukee. The AG Team enjoyed having clients and colleagues in our hometown to discuss and explore the future of senior living. AG is also honored to have several projects highlighted in the Spring 2022 issue of EFA Magazine.
St. Rita Square Tour
AG’s connection with the conference kicked off on Saturday, April 2nd with a tour of St. Rita Square, an award-winning Capri Communities’ project. AG and Capri enjoyed sharing the history of the site and details of the project with a group of EFA attendees. Eric Harrmann shared the following highlights with EFA Magazine. Conference Session on Senior Living Development Trends
On Sunday, April 3rd, AG’s Eric Harrmann and Daniel Fischer teamed up with Amy Schoenemann of Capri Communities to present Development Trends: The Evolution of the Small House Concept as part of the EFA 2022 Conference Lineup.
This educational session was focused on how providers can add vibrant and diverse housing options that entice active seniors. Capri Communities and AG Architecture shared the process they have gone through together to evolve a small house concept in both urban and suburban locations to attract a younger, active adult resident. EFA 2022 Design Showcase
A highlight of EFA’s Spring Issue is the magazine’s Design Showcase, a section highlighting innovative communities and design teams across the country. AG is proud to have four published projects in this year’s issue.
EFA Magazine – Fleet Landing Feature
In addition to the Tour Highlights and Design Showcase projects, the Spring 2022 Issue featured a more in-depth article—Central Perks—on AG’s Fleet Landing project in northern Florida. The article discusses how the renovation and expansion of Fleet Landing focused on creating dining facilities that are centrally located for all residents.
It has been a pleasure collaborating with the EFA Magazine staff and Emerald X team. AG looks forward to heading to Charlotte, NC for EFA 2023.
