Transformed an existing parking lot into a vibrant multifamily development that continues to activate Main Street.

Design an urban infill project on a site with challenging subsurface conditions that enhances its connection to the Fox River on one side and a connection to the community via the Main Street thoroughfare on the other side.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- The architecture introduces a contemporary aesthetic while providing traditional masonry detailing to complement existing buildings in the charming downtown area.
- By positioning commons area amenities at street level, the building maintains the retail feel of the surrounding businesses.
- Open unit floor plans and expansive windows afford residents dramatic views, whether enjoying the beauty of the Fox River or the energy and activity of this city setting.
- Accommodates parking on two levels, one underground and one at grade.
