Achieving an amenity-rich, neighborhood setting while dealing with a 30-foot grade change on the site.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- With the development of a large town center nearby, available property posed the opportunity to provide a competitive and desirable housing option for a more family-oriented clientele to compete with the dense corridor apartment buildings while still providing convenient access to its retail amenities.
- Two-story, walk-up style homes with attached garages and larger footprints cater to young families.
- The property was planned to accommodate the 30-foot grade change in middle of the site which provides area for green space as well as terraced landscape to the pool deck and adjacent units.
- Site amenities, such as a large clubhouse, pool area and playground with pergola support a family-friendly setting.
- The unit arrangement alternates the orientation of garages and integrates green spaces to create a more pleasing landscape, rather than a sea of garage doors.
- The neighborhood style layout is an appealing alternative to the nearby town center.
